Topics:
The focus of the satellite symposium is to highlight genomic approaches in model organisms and the relevance of these genomic approaches in furthering understanding of complex diseases and drug discovery. The range of model organisms covered includes invertebrates (Drosophila and C. elegans), and vertebrates (Zebrafish and mouse) with a few related talks on human disease.
