The National Bureau of Agriculturally Important Microorganisms (NBAIM) , Mau Nath Bhanjan,Uttar Pradesh would be holding walk-ins for the following temporary vacancies.


Project:
Application of Microorganisms in agriculture and allied sectors"


1)Thematic area:
Microbial diversity and identification


Post:
SRF


Qualification:
Essential:
M.Sc Microbiology /Botany with specialization in plant microbiology/ plant pathology/ microbial biotechnology with good academic record(not less than 55%).

Desirable:
Experience in isolation and identification of bacterial /fungi/ actinomycetes; knowledge of PCR based techniques for studying molecular diversity and computer knowledge.


Pay:
Rs.12,000 /-pm +HRA


2)Thematic area:
Microbial management of abiotic stress.


Post:
SRF


Qualification:
Essential:
M.Sc Microbiology /Botany with specialization in plant microbiology/ plant pathology/ microbial biotechnology with good academic record(not less than 55%).

Desirable:
Experience in isolation and identification of bacterial /fungi/ actinomycetes; knowledge of PCR based techniques for studying molecular diversity and computer knowledge.


Pay:
Rs.12,000 /-pm +HRA


Agelimit:
3o years for both posts.
Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women.
Preference for SC/ST will be given.
