Qualification & Skills:
Experience in sequence analysis, microarray analysis, in-silico pathway analysis. Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams. OS: Unix/Linux, Windows, Programming: C++/C, Databases: SQL/mySQL/Oracle, Bio-informatics data analysis.
Job responsibilities:
A background in bioinformatics and must have biological data analysis experience. S/he should be good at developing scripts for manipulating data using Perl and R; Sequence analysis, Microarray and other ‘Omics’ data analysis.
